I previously bought the book, Adventures of Brushalot: Tale of the Tooth Fairy. Why didn’t it come with a stuffed toy (Incisor) and nightlight?

Only the official Brushalot® Tooth Fairy Kit comes with an authentic stuffed toy Incisor, tooth-shaped nightlight, and storybook.

Always make sure you are purchasing Brushalot® products from an authorized retailer or directly from www.shopbrushalot.com.

Can I use Incisor anytime, even if the Tooth Fairy isn’t coming for a visit?

Of course!

Incisor is a playful, fun loving member of the Kingdom of Brushalot.

You can use this toy anytime, whether it’s going to bed or using it as a comfort when your child is visiting the dentist.

Nightlight

Can I use the nightlight every night of the year?

Absolutely!

The nightlight is designed to be used by families all year-round.

By pressing the nightlight on, the white light signals to the Tooth Fairy that your child has brushed their teeth before bed.

When you press the nightlight blue, it signals to the Tooth Fairy that a lost tooth is ready for pickup.

What type of plug is used for the nightlight?

The nightlight is currently configured as a Type A plug, which will work in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is available on all orders in the United States and Canada.

Orders that qualify for free standard shipping will arrive in approximately 2–9 business days.

Free shipping is limited to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping can be purchased.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders in the United States and Canada, standard shipping is free!

Customers who wish to do so may purchase expedited shipping at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping must be selected at the time of checkout and will be charged at a higher rate.

All expedited shipment requests must be received by 2.00pm EST to ensure overnight delivery.

Requests received after 2.00pm EST will be processed the following business day.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2.00pm EST Monday through Friday will generally ship the same day.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.

An email confirmation will be sent after order placement.

Can I order from an international address?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

If you’re located in another country or territory and wish to purchase from Brushalot, please email customer service at info@shopbrushalot.com and we will do our best to make alternate arrangements for you. 

My package did not arrive or is damaged, what should I do?

Returns & Refunds

We’re confident the products we’ve made are perfect for families everywhere. This is why we provide a 30 day, ‘no-questions-asked’ return policy. 

If you’re not satisfied with your Brushalot products, please contact our customer support department via email within 30 days of purchase at info@shopbrushalot.com.

Returns must be in new and unused condition and in original and undamaged packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery and returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

For authorized returns, your purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning items. There are no restocking fees.

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging material.

Cancellation Policy

We regret that we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been shipped. 

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our customer service department immediately at info@shopbrushalot.com and if your order has not yet shipped, we will assist you in cancelling the order, as well as assist you in creating a new one with any changes you would like to make.

Any shipment or delivery date stated in any document are approximate only, and do not constitute any guarantee of shipment or delivery on any particular date. 

Are prices guaranteed?

Prices are informational only and we reserve the right to change prices at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices are listed in $USD and $CAD, and payment shall be made in one of those currencies.

You must make payment in full at the time of order.

What other terms apply?

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order.  We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

Taxes

In accordance with state, provincial, local and federal laws, you will be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address. The tax listed during checkout is only an estimate. Your confirmation email will reflect the final sales and local taxes charged.

Warranties

We warrant to the original purchaser that each product purchased through Brushalot Merchandising Ltd. and/or www.shopbrushalot.com is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. 

We will replace any product that fails in normal use at no charge to you, provided that you pay for shipping. A dated order confirmation or sales receipt is required for proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, subjected to misuse or abuse, sold or purchased illegally, sold by a retailer not authorized by Brushalot Merchandising Ltd, or determined to be counterfeit goods.

Intellectual Property

We shall retain all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and all other intellectual property rights we possess regarding Brushalot Merchandising Ltd.’s products and related materials. You acknowledge and agree that Brushalot branded products purchased hereunder are intended for personal use only and are not intended for re-sale or commercial use. Any unauthorized re-sale or commercial use may constitute intellectual property infringement. 

Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that no right, title, or interest in or to any of Brushalot’s intellectual property is conferred by way of your purchase of Brushalot’s products. Any commercial use of Brushalot’s intellectual property or products without our explicit written authorization shall be deemed unauthorized, improper use (“Improper Use”) and we hereby disclaim any and all liability related to claims, suits, actions, damages, losses, demands, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ expenses) arising out of such Improper Use.

Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RESULTING FROM AN ORDER, OR FROM THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF, OR FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, RESALE, REPAIR OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICES RENDERED COVERED BY OR FURNISHED UNDER AN ORDER SHALL IN NO CASE EXCEED THE PRICE ALLOCABLE TO THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO THE CLAIM. BRUSHALOT MERCHANDISING LTD.’S AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF BUYER’S IMPROPER USE OF BRUSHALOT PRODUCTS, OR ANY CLAIM FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RESULTING FROM BRUSHALOT PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED OR THIRD-PARTY RESELLERS. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRUSHALOT MERCHANDISING LTD. OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOST PROFITS OR SALES.

Disputes and Governing Law

The validity, performance and construction of these Terms of Sale, and any disputes arising from or relating thereto, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws, and the Federal laws of Canada that apply in the province of Ontario. The exclusive venue for any action arising out of or related to the Agreement shall be in the courts with the appropriate jurisdiction serving Toronto, Ontario and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of each such court in any such action and waives any objection it may now or hereafter have to venue or personal jurisdiction in each such court.
